Midocean sanitary ware technology co.,ltd, an industry-leading manufacturer of walk-in tub, today announced the release of their revolutionary new acrylic walk-in bath tub. The product was designed to fill the retail market need for a high quality, attractive, and price competitive product and is the result of Safety Tubs' recent advancements in manufacturing technology.

"With the growing expense of health care, particularly for the elderly, there is a very keen interest in home improvements that allow people to stay at home longer, provide a safer and healthier environment, and allow them to live more comfortably," states Fiona, president of Midocean. "That interest has grown explosively in the last few years, so we worked with our engineers to create a tub that addressed the desires of our consumers while fulfilling the needs of our national distribution partners."

Midocean new acrylic bathtub has a watertight, walk-in door that allows for easy entry and exit, an ergonomic latch that is easy to grip and turn, and a "perfect height" seat to make the bathing experience comfortable and safe. The floor is slip-resistant. Optional features include temperature control and both air and water jets.

Prior to the release of its acrylic walk-in tub, Safety Tubs was best known for its legacy line of fiberglass walk-in bath products. "Acrylic tubs offer a host of benefits over fiberglass," explains Mr. Long, CEO of Midocean. "Acrylic eliminates mildew, stains, cracks and fading. Midocean' new acrylic product will be on display at KBIS in Chicago from Tuesday, May 10th through Thursday May 12th and will hit retail floors this summer.
